Mobile Auto Switch is a GSM-based motor controller that communicates with the farmer's mobile phone and keeps the motor status updated—so there is no need to be on-site to operate it. The motor can be operated or monitored from anywhere. Farmers can use the Android app or IVRS on a call; keypad phones are also supported. It provides phase failure, phase reverse, overload and dry run protection. In any fault condition it turns off the motor and alerts the farmer by call or SMS. Farmers can also schedule the motor to turn on and off at set times.
